3/22/23 - This is a minty example of a Gustloff-Werke KKW training rifle. The K. K. Wehrsportgewehr rifles were the standard pre-war training rifles used by the German military and were intended to duplicate the weight and feel of the standard K98 rifle. This one is all correct and has "Eagle N" firing proofs, indicating it was made in the 1940's. The stock has SA cartouches on both sides of the butt stock, indicating it was issued to the SA. The gun has retained about 97% of its high polish finish. Very minor muzzle wear and a few tiny scratches here and there. A tiny ding on the receiver. Excellent stock. Mint bore. Comes with a period-correct leather sling and muzzle cap.
