SOLD - 1937 Nazi Mauser Luger
12/6/17 - This is a second variation 1937 luger from a period where they transitioned the finish to all blued parts (variation 1 had straw colored small parts). It has correct droop wing eagle/63 proofs indicating that it went to the German army just before the outbreak of WW2. The original finish shows lots of patina and oxidation but still covers about 85-90% of the gun. The gun has all matching parts including the trigger, hold open, rear toggle pin, take down lever, safety lever and firing pin. Even the grips are numbered to the gun. The left grip has a very small chip up by the safety lever, and the right grip had a little wiggle in it, but a small bit of tape made it snug and tight. The gun is mechanically good, however the bore shows the same oxidation and wear as the exterior of the gun. The magazine is actually pretty rare and desirable. The magazine is numbered to a different gun but correct for a 1937 luger.
