6/30/21 - This is a nice example of a Walther Model 8 Rig manufactured in the 1920's. The gun is all matching and has the proper commercial "Crown N " proofs. It comes with one proper magazine and a coated canvas holster. The gun has retained roughly 65% of its original finish. There is wear on the high edges of the slide and thinning on the slide throughout. Most of the finish loss is on the straps. Spotty oxidation throughout. Comes with excellent period-correct medallion grips. The bore has decent rifling with freckling and pitting throughout.
