1/9/25 - For sale is a Steyr K98k that was made in 1940 and was issued to the Kriegsmarine (German Navy). The rifle is in great condition overall with a nice aged blued finish throughout the metal with little wear. The stock is in equally nice condition with no cracks or breaks. On the right side, below the takedown disk, is stamped with a Eagle M for the Kriegsmarine. The rifle has matching numbers on the bolt, barrel, bolt assembly, trigger guard, nose cap, and sight assembly. The barrel bands and magazine floor have been force matched. The bore is fairly bright bus has a hint of darkness at the muzzle. There is also some very fine pin prickling of pitting visible in the grooves about 1 inch from the muzzle. No import marks.
