SOLD - U.S. Springfield Armory Model 1903 Rifle

1/22/16 - This is a U.S. Army Springfield rifle from January of 1930. The rifle appears to be all original and correct. It has an "RA-P" proof on the which is from the Raritan Arsenal in New Jersey. This is a rebuild for World War II. This one has a nice stock with only minor scratches and dings. The blued and parkeriezed finish is nice with no major wear. The top of the barrel is marked 1-30 (January 1930) with a SA flaming bomb. It comes with a nice original strap marked boyt 44. The strap is cracking at the top and probably can't hold much weight. The bore is very nice and shiny.
