11/29/17 - This is a rare Springfield M1C Garand sniper rifle. The rifle is in excellent condition and the scope has great optics. Most of the parts appear to be from WWII, but it appears that had the barrel was replaced in the 1950's for Korea. It was manufactured in 1944 and has the original configuration scope setup. The rifles had to be sent back and drilled for the scope. The stock is SA GAW marked and has the circle P, as well as crossed cannons cartouche. It comes with the leather cheek guard that is marked MRT 1 52. Original M81 scope with nice optics. It has a beautiful bore with strong rifling.
