11/17/23 - This is a mixed-parts 1911A1 from WW2. It has a Remington frame from late 1943 with RIA and flaming bomb rework marks, while the slide is a scarce Union Switch & Signal example that has been parkerized. Postwar barrel with minty bore. Nice wartime grips with a minor chip on the top of the left panel. NM marked barrel bushing.
