7/28/20 - This item is a near-mint World War Two German Paratrooper gravity knife. The maker's logo is visible indicating it was manufactured by Paul Weyersberg & Co. Solingen. There is excellent cross-graining on the blade as well as the German word "Rostfrei"- literally translated as "rust free", although the more practical translation is "stainless steel". Parts show assembly number 25. There is also a flip-open spike tool engraved with a German eagle acceptance mark.
