SOLD - WW1 German Corporal's Stein

10/24/18 - This is an original 1914 dated stein for a German Imperial Army Corporal. The stein is in excellent condition as shown in photos. There's a military scene throughout the body of the stein: this is beautiful craftsmanship and provides nice overall texture to the piece. The inscription across the body of the stein translates to "With heart & hand for the fatherland". The top / lid of the stein has an image of the Corporal who owned / was given this stein. Very cool piece of history! Comes from the Gary Kirsner collection - guaranteed original and authentic.
