SOLD - WW1 1917 LF&C Trench Knife

3/19/18 - This is an original WW1 US fighting knife. The knife comes with the original scabbard and is completely in tact. Although the base of the scabbard is missing one attachment pin, the scabbard is in tact. There is notable rust on the metal of both the knuckle guard and on the scabbard. The blade is missing almost all of the blued finish. However, this piece has a true wartorn look and definitely saw action in WW1. A soldier scratched his name into the wood. You can imagine what life in the trenches must have been like. This is a true piece of living history and guaranteed all original. Priced based on condition.
