6/18/24 - This is an original Webley Mark IV revolver, issued to the British military in 1943-44. There are British military proofs on the gun throughout. The frame, barrel, and cylinder are all matching. The gun has retained about 92-94% of its original finish. There is thinning in the bluing on the left side of the barrel, underside of the trigger guard, and both of the straps. There are spots of discoloration on the barrel and on some of the small parts. The original grips are in very nice condition - just a few light handling marks. The bore is excellent - shiny with strong rifling.
