8/26/19 - This is a scarce Walther PPK that was a first year production from 1931. Early features include 90 degree safety, two-piece firing pin, reversed serial number, left to right grip screw, and blued ejection port. The original blue on the pistol rates at about 80-85% with uniform thinning on both sides of the slide. Original grip has a couple surface cracks. Nice finger extension magazine with only a minor crack on the left side. Terrific bore. Only knock is the safety, which should be fire blued but has regular bluing so may have been a later replacement.
