3/27/20 - This is is a complete Nazi Femaru M37 rig with documented account of how it was captured and the soldier who brought it back. The pistol has about 97% of the original blue with finish loss on the grip safety and underside of the slide. Both original, matching magazines are still present. Mint bore and excellent grips. Rig is completed by an excellent dropping style holster that is '42 dated and 'jsd' maker marked. The listing includes a hand written account by the children of the vet that captured the pistol, Captain Sylvester Burnette. The document recounts the story as told to his children by Captain Burnette, and says that he had the pistol surrendered to him by a "burgenmeister" (like a mayor or councilman) in a small German town.
