7/6/21 - This is a beautiful, minty example of a very rare "Zero Series" Walther P.38, manufactured in 1945. They are called a zero series because the serial numbers start with a zero. Only 1,750 of these were produced according to Whittington's book. This one is all matching and has one "Eagle 359" military acceptance proof - typical for these guns. This one has retained more than 98% of its late-war finish. There is very minor thinning on the front strap and hints of wear on the high edges. Comes with excellent late-war grips and a rare late-war "U" marked magazine. The bore is factory-new. De-cocker is functional. Just a beautiful example.
