5/19/17 - This is a very nice Nazi Sauer 38h, issued to the German Army during the war. It is a variation 4 army 38h, with no manual safety lever, intertwined SS and Cal 7,65 magazine base and single E/37 military acceptance stamp but the "J.P. Sauer and Sohn, Suhl" has been eliminated from the slide logo. The original finish on this pistol rates at about 98%, with thinning on the straps. The grips are period correct but the right panel does have a small crack in it. Excellent bore.
