9/24/19 - This is a nice Remington Rand M1911A1 from 1944. It's all original and correct with proper FJA inspector mark and P proof on slide and frame. The parkerized finish rates at about 92-94% with a few minor patches of finish loss in several areas, most notably the trigger guard and top of the slide. Correct 'HS' barrel with strong, shiny bore. Excellent grips. 'L' marked magazine.
