11/22/19 - This is a nice, original example of a US Army Colt M1917 revolver from 1918. It has about 95% of the original blue remaining, with some thinning on the cylinder, right side of frame and left side of barrel. GHS inspection mark is sharply stamped on frame, and barrel is marked UNITED STATES PROPERTY. Terrific bore and smooth action. Left grip panel is hand numbered but mismatched to the gun, and has a small corner chip. The revolver comes with an excellent holster, which is 1944 dated and maker marked to Milwaukee Saddlery Co.
