SOLD - Ultra Rare Baby Luger rig
2/5/20 - In the 1920's, DWM had the idea to complete in the pocket pistol market and therefore experimented with the Baby Luger but as far as we know, only two originals were ever made, making them among the rarest and most expensive lugers known. However, about 20 years ago Michael Krause of Krause Works in San Mateo, CA produced 100 replica baby lugers. They sold for $12,500 and no others were made (other custom manufacturers have made them). See the link below to see one that sold recently at Rock Island Auction.
Legacy Collectibles is proud to offer one of these Krause Works produced Baby Lugers. The finish on this gun is about 99% with minor muzzle wear. It is on an altered 1916 DWM frame and serial number 3205 and all matching numbers. Taking off the sideplate you can see KB 11 with means it is the 11th one made by Krause. It comes in 9mm luger and functions well. Comes with two custom made magazines and a custom made holster. Could be a once in a life time opportunity to own one of these babies!
