7/15/21 - This is a super rare Mauser banner Luger that was produced under French control at Oberndorf in 1945, and transferred to the Austrian Army in 1955. This particular example is listed by serial in Hallock's "The Mauser Parabellum", and is one of only ~1,200 that went to the Austrian Army. It's all matching and original with ~97% of the blue remaining. No major areas of wear, just minor surface scuffs in a few spots. BH proof on frame was added when the Austrian Army received it. The grips are E/135 marked and unnumbered. The magazine is matching numbered to the pistol, likely by the Austrian arsenal. Overall, an excellent example of a very rare Mauser banner Luger.
