6/14/18 - This is an original late WW2 production M1 Garand rifle. The Receiver and barrel were made in March & April - most likely issued with reserve / replacement troops in the Pacific. The rifle is in excellent condition with only a few small spots of browning. There's also some normal edge/use wear on the underside / muzzle area of the barrel. The wood stock is excellent despite one small chip on the underside of the wood near the magazine floorplate. The bore is clean with strong rifling. The muzzle is 1.5 and the gauge is 2. Guaranteed original and authentic.
