3/25/21 - This is a nice example of a Springfield M1 Garand issued to the US military in January of 1945. The barrel is dated 1945. The stock has no proofs but has a rack number on the underside. The stock was likely replaced. Overall, the gun is nice, but there is spotty wear on the barrel and oxidation and discoloration on the receiver. There are small dings, dents, and scratches on the stock throughout. The bore has weak rifling, and there is pitting and oxidation throughout.
