11/3/20 - This is a very nice and all original Spreewerk P.38 produced in February of 1944. It has a terrific profile with only 1-2% bluing loss on the muzzle and front edges of the slide. The front strap accounts for most of the wear, but the finish is uniform throughout. Bore is shiny with strong rifling. Good mechanically, including de-cocker. Minty brown grips. Rig includes two magazines, though only one is photoed. One is Walther made, the other Spreewerk. Both are WW2 original. Comes with a 1944 dated softshell holster with waffenamt and 'gxy' maker mark. The holster has some age and cracking along the top flap but is in good condition overall with no holes or tears.
