3/3/21 - This is an excellent example of a Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1943. This one is of the "single line" variation, where the serial number, factory code, and date on the slide all appear on the same line. These guns are only found in the "m" and "n" serial blocks. They made about 17,700 of this variation. This one is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 359" military proofs. The finish has been professionally restored and shows virtually no signs of wear. It comes with excellent grips and an un-marked magazine. The bore has good rifling with minor pin-pricking throughout. The de-cocker is functional. The slide has a little trouble saying back with this magazine.
