11/8/19 -This is an excellent example of a WWII production of Stevens 520-30 Trench shotgun, that retains around 90-95% of its original dull "brushed blue" finish. There isn't much actual bluing loss on the gun, but the receiver does have some minor oxidation and pinpricking in a few areas. All correct and original parts. High-polished 6-row heat shield and an unmarked plum color bayonet lug. The wood on the gun is in fantastic condition with no notable defects. There were ~33,000 Stevens 520-30s produced for the war, with a mix of trench guns, riot guns and long-barreled training guns among those 33,000. Smooth action and a mint bore.
