3/31/20 - This is a scarce Nazi G.43 sniper rifle that was made in 1944 at the Berlin Lubecker factory, though likely actually assembled in early 1945. It has dual-tone metal parts with a mix of phosphate and blued pieces. The finish on the receiver and barrel is excellent, while front band trigger assembly show some patina and oxidation. All matching numbers, including the stock. Stock has a notable chip on the right side of it, and a couple of waffenamts that are a little faint. No dust cover on the bolt. Original ZF4 scope with pretty clear optics. The mount appears original and late war with a black painted finish similar to the SACM M1935A. Terrific bore. Magazine marked 'aye'.
