2/25/21 - This is a minty example of a Mauser P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 194.5 It is all matching and has the proper "Waffen 135" military proofs. There were only 15,000 SVW 45's produced, and over 346,000 total Mauser P.38's produced during the war. They get the dual-tone appearance from a phosphate slide and frame and a blued slide. This gun has retained more than 98% of its original finish. The phosphate shows areas of discoloration. This is how they looked and is not actual finish loss. It comes with excellent grips and a rare "U" marked phosphate magazine. The bore is mint. De-cocker is functional.
