6/26/20 - This is a rare find - a police Walther PPK with million series serial and matching numbered magazine. There were only about 7,000 PPKs produced with million series numbering before they restarted in the 100,000s with a K suffix, and only a small fraction of those are issued to the police. It's also pretty rare to find a police Walther PPK with Crown/N proofs. This one has about 97% of the high-polish blue remaining, with minor edge wear on the left side of the slide, and a bit of finish loss on the trigger guard. The magazine is numbered and matching to the gun, with the work done at the police arsenal. Pistol has a mint bore and a nice grip, aside from the common stress crack in the spine.
