8/5/20 - This is a scarce and desirable Erfurt Artillery Luger from 1914 with holster and original matching stock. There were only 23,000 produced by Erfurt, all in 1914. The gun is all matching and original, including the grips. The magazine is imperial proofed but unnumbered. The pistol has about 90% of the original blue with high edge wear on muzzle, side plate, right side rail and bottom of the front strap from rubbing against the inside of the holster. There's also some wear and patina on the back strap. All the parts have Erfurt proofs, including the original screws. The stock is numbered to the gun and imperial marked. The holster is 1917 dated and in decent condition, but there is cracking along the top flap and the closure strap appears to have been replaced at some point. Original tool with imperial proof is included. Rig is completed by an original cleaning rod, too. The holster does include a shoulder strap but it also appears replaced or repro.
