8/5/19 - This is the rarest of all the army issued Mauser HSc's! In 1941, Mauser ceased production of the model 1934 in favor of the HSc, and some of the first several thousand procured bear the same proofs as the model 1934 - Eagle/655 on trigger guard and the army test proof on the grip tang. There were only 3,000 of this variation produced, with said markings and high-polish blue finish. This one has about 97-98% of its original bluing left, with minor high point wear and a little bit of finish loss on the right side of the slide and bottom of the back strap. Minty bore. Very nice grips, though the right side panel does have a couple small indents.
