2/28/20 - This is a very nice example of a fairly rare Nazi pistol, the Mauser M1934. There were only about 8,000 of this model produced for the German Army, which is a very low overall production total for German pistols of the era. This gun would have been produced just before the factory switched over to HSC production, around 1940 or so. It is Eagle/N proofed which helps to determine the date. It is also Nazi test proofed on the back left side of the frame and Eagle/655 proofed, indicating it was issued to the German Army. The finish shows some wear on the front edges of both sides of the slide, the trigger guard, front strap and upper rounded portion of the right side slide. Minty bore and excellent grip. Mauser marked magazine.
