10/26/21 - This is an original military-issued Remington Rand 1911A1 from 1945. The original finish rates at about 85% with high edge wear to the profile, and thinning/patina on front strap. Right side of the pistol also shows some spotty oxidation. Correct HS barrel with good rifling but a little freckling in the grooves. Excellent grips, just minor handling wear. Risdon magazine.
