8/13/19 - This is one of the rarest Walther PPK variations from the World War II era. It is a Railway Police -issued Walther PPK with RBD Munster (Westf.) inscription on the front strap. This inscription stands for State Railway Directorate Munster in Westfalen, and the pistol was used in connection with railroad security. It is estimated that only about 100 of this variation were produced, with only a fraction of that known to exist in collections today. This pistol falls in the proper serial range for this variation. The pistol finish is all original with 98% high-polish blue remaining, as there is only minor muzzle wear on both sides of the slide. Fantastic grip and finger extension magazine. Minty bore. I have the same variation in my collection which is a PP with the same inscription. Comparing the 2 the PPK inscription has a slightly smaller font than my PP. We are selling this gun on consignment from one of our customers.
