1/7/20 - This is a very rare and interesting Walther PP with Tyrolean eagle marking on the frame. More history can be gleaned from our Youtube video on the subject, which is linked via the final photo in this listing. There were only about 100 or so of these produced, and only about 20 known and recorded. These guns were given out as shooting prizes in the Tyrol region of Austria in 1938-39. This example is all original with about 92-94% of the high-polish blue remaining. Side view is very nice but there is some finish loss on the straps, especially the rear strap. Minty bore and excellent finger extension magazine. Grips in great shape aside from minor handling wear on the right panel.
