SOLD - RARE Police Issued G Date Luger Rig

3/7/17 - This is a rare and complete G Date luger rig that was produced by Mauser and issued to the police.  Jan Still's Axis Pistols states that fewer than 600 of these pistols were made, and were all in the 'e' or 'f' blocks.  This luger has the police sear safety and is in the 'e' block.  All parts are matching and correct, except the magazine.  This pistol has about 90-92% of its original finish, with edge wear, thin straps, and a ding near the military proofs.  It comes with a 1935 dated and police marked holster, as well as a spare tool and magazine.  The holster and tool are both marked with serial number 4789.  Both magazines are correct police numbered, but do not match the pistol.  The bore is excellent and shiny.
