7/25/19 - This is a hard to find K Date Luger in very good, original condition. Made in 1934, it has about 90% of its original finish remaining, with most of the wear on the straps and high points. There is some patina to the straps, and some freckling on the left side of the muzzle. These guns were produced with the 'K' code in 1934, and many saw action so they are difficult to find in excellent condition. This one has all matching numbers except the magazine, but including the matching grips. There were only about 10,000 of this variation produced, and not many can be found in good, original condition at this point. There is a mixture of Gothic and contemporary 'S' marks which is correct for this serial range K date. The S can be found on the sideplate, ejector, firing pin, safety lever and other parts. Halos under the barrel and recessed front sight make this one an all correct K Date. The magazine is a proper B90 proofed example but numbered to another pistol. The grips show some age and handling wear but no major cracks or chips. The bore is shiny with strong rifling, and only minor signs of use.
