6/4/21 - This is an excellent example of a rare very end-of-war Walther P.38 manufactured in 1945. It has "ac 45" Walther factory code on the left side of the slide, has the proper "Eagle 359" proofs on the right side of the slide, and the frame serial number is on the right side. All matching. The gun has retained about 90% of its bluing. Most of the wear is on the front strap. Without the front strap, the gun would be minty. Just a hint of wear on the high edges of the slide and around the muzzle. Comes with excellent late-war grips and a rare "U" marked magazine. Mint bore. De-cocker is functional.
