4/9/19 - This is an original entrenching tool made in the 1900s when the U.S. was experimenting with "multi-purpose" military weapons. This was meant to be used as both a knife and shovel. The tool comes with an original scabbard that is in great condition. There's a U.S. stamp on the handle of the tool and on the scabbard, but those are the only markings. The blade has some oxidation throughout, but this is great condition given it's age and rarity. All original and authentic.
