8/21/20 - For you "odd ball" collectors, this is one you want to take a look at. This is a Spreewerke made P.38 but left in the factory at the end of the war, then reworked by the Czech's. The right side of slide has a single Eagle 88. Left trigger guard has E and Czech lion. Right side trigger guard is 46 marked - the year it was reworked. It has a cog hammer from 1945. All numbers match, but it was renumbered or in some cases, first numbered when it was reworked, post war. It has excellent brown grips. We don't know a lot about these guns but know that even though they are post war assembly they are desired by collectors. Only a few thousand made! Excellent bore. No import marks.
