2/16/21 - This is an original early production 480 code P.38 magazine. The 480 code P.38 was the first code used by Walther in 1940. Only 7,380 P.38 pistols (serial range 1-7380) with the 480 code were produced, which make this variation quite rare. The magazines were all serial numbered on the side of the frame, and there were two eagle/359 stamps on the bottom of the spine. These stamps are all present on this magazine, with no other markings. No flaws or issues with this magazine. Great condition with minimal wear. Spring is strong and fully functional. Guaranteed original.
