6/7/21 - This is a Mauser HSC that was put together after WW2 using original Nazi parts. The serial number on the frame is "695", the French numbering system. There is a Nazi-era "Eagle N" proof on the right side of the slide. The gun has retained about 95% of its bluing. There is minor wear on the front strap, around the muzzle, and light spotty wear along the slide. While there is little actual finish loss, there are areas of heavy pitting on both sides of the slide and on the straps - most noticeable on the left side of the slide. Comes with fairly worn grips and a post-war magazine. The right grip panel is cracked. Excellent bore - shiny with strong rifling.
