10/15/20 - This is a very nice example of a Sauer 38h rig issued to the Nazi Police force during WW2. It is properly Police "E/C" marked on the trigger guard. The rig comes with a 1942-dated police holster and two period-correct magazines. One of the magazines was numbered at the police arsenal and is matching to the gun. This gun has retained somewhere between 85-90% of its original high polish finish. There is muzzle wear and minor wear on the high edges of the slide. There is spotty wear on both sides and top of the slide. It is most noticeable on the left side of the slide. There is also wear at the back of the slide and spotty wear on both straps and underside of trigger guard. Excellent period-correct grips. The bore is excellent - shiny with strong rifling.
