7/19/19 - This is an all original, all correct International Harverster (IHC) M1 Garand, manufactured in March of 1953. The receiver, barrel, stock, and all internal parts are correct and matching. Overall, the gun is in good condition except for some spotty discoloration and patina on the receiver throughout, significant thinning of the finish on the barrel, and muzzle wear. The stock is in good condition. There some small surface handling marks throughout, but no major scratches or dents. The cartouche on the left side of the stock and the "P" marking just behind the trigger guard are visible and crisp. The bore is in decent condition - strong rifling, 7.5/10. The gun is fully operable and the action is smooth. The gun does not come with a sling. C&R eligible.
