3/3/21 - This is a very nice example of Spreewerk P.38 issued to the Nazi military in September of 1944. The gun is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 88" military proofs. It has retained somewhere between 85-90% of its original finish. There is thinning and spotty patina on the front strap. Very minor thinning on the barrel. One small dot of wear on the left side of the slide. There is minor thinning along the right side of the slide. Comes with excellent grips and a period-correct magazine. The bore is excellent - shiny with strong rifling with very minor frosting in the grooves. De-cocker does not function.
