SOLD - Nazi Mauser K98 - dot 1944

10/3/17 - This is an all original and matching Mauser K98 from 1944.  The original finish is about 98% throughout but has oxidation on the finish like it was stored in a humid environment.  This might clean up with a bit of steel wool but not positive.  Correct waffen H on right side of stock but it's faint.  There is a surface crack in the same area, as well as one on the underside of the stock.  Stock may have been cleaned up a bit or have had a thin layer of varnish added postwar. Handguard is correctly numbered and matching.  Minty bore and smooth action.
