6/29/20 - This is a Nazi military-issued FN Browning Hi Power, made in about 1941. It has the desirable early tangent adjustable rear sight. The whole gun, including the magazine is "Waffen 140" proofed. This gun has retained somewhere between 80-85% of its original bluing. There is significant wear on both of the straps, the top of the slide is thinning, and there is wear along the high edges, especially around the muzzle. There are also noticeable light scratches on the left side of the slide and frame, likely from take-down. There are a few areas of spotty wear here and there. All matching. The grips are excellent. Comes with a period-correct magazine. The bore is very nice - shiny with strong rifling.
