5/5/21 - This is a nice example of an FN Browning Hi Power issued to the Nazi military in 1942. This gun is being sold on consignment. The consignor put together a very cool assembly to accompany the gun that includes a labeled hard case, repro Belgian and Nazi patches, and a mint black Wound badge with its original packaging. The gun is all matching, has a tangent rear sight, and the proper "Waffen 140" military proofs throughout. The gun has retained roughly 70% of its original finish. There is thinning on the straps and spotty wear throughout, concentrated on the high edges of the slide. Tiny dots of oxidation on the slide and straps. Light scratch on the top of the slide. Comes with excellent grips and a period-correct "Waffen 140"-proofed magazine. The bore has strong rifling with minor pitting in the grooves.
