6/4/21 - This is a nice example of a "Black Widow" Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi military in 1942. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 135" military proofs. It has retained roughly 85% of its original finish. There are areas of wear on both straps, on the side plate, side rails, and around the muzzle. Minor thinning on the toggle, chamber, and on the barrel. A few handling marks on the front strap. There is spotty oxidation throughout, most noticeable on the barrel and straps. Comes with slightly worn original black widow grips and a proper black widow magazine - two repaired cracks in the mag bottom. The bore has strong rifling with noticeable freckling throughout.
