8/31/18 - This is a near-mint Walther P.38 from August of 1941. It is an all matching and original second variation ac 41, with high-polish finish but no 'ac' proof on frame. There is only minor hints of edge wear, around with some minor slide freckling and some patina on the front strap. The magazine is numbered to the gun and while it appears correct at first glance, we do not believe the numbering is factory original. It is an early mag with two Walther proofs. Grips are waffen marked but not numbered. Bore is shiny with strong rifling, showing only minor use.
