5/17/17 - This is a minty Police Eagle/L marked Mauser HSc, with a 1942 dated police holster that is in similarly excellent condition. The original finish on the pistol rates at about 99%, with very minor edge wear. This is a fairly scarce pistol, as there were only about 30,000 police-issued HSc's during the war, compared to about 220,000 produced for all other wartime variations. This is a variation 2 police pistol, with military blue and Eagle/L proof on trigger guard. The grips are in very good shape, but the right panel does have the name "CISAR" scratched into it. The holster is dated and Berlin marked, and is in great condition. Blank-bottom magazine. Excellent bore.
