12/5/18 - This is a near-mint Colt M1911A1 from early 1944 with a mismatched craft box. The slide is properly un-numbered and the original parkerized finish rates at 98-99% with only minor finish loss on the front strap. Colt barrel. Excellent grips and 'S' marked magazine. Bore shows minor frost but in very good condition otherwise. 'GHD' inspector mark.
